of organized citizens from the recognition of the fact that toxics
in their air are affecting their families, through the process
of gathering samples extracted from air near their homes, all the
way through the challenge until this problem is solved. This is
a definitive example of effective citizen action a telling inquiry
into the issue of calculated placement of polluting plants in areas
where polluters least expect organized measures by local citizens.
